We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without a prior return request.

If returning items from different orders, please make sure they are sent in separate packages. Combining orders into the same return package will result in customs issues and we cannot guarantee that these will be handled.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return it, once the return has been accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without stating a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you within 10 business days using your original method of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at return@ohfru.com.
