Before you choose your pack
Is this a monthly plan?
No. Starter, Plus, Creator and Studio are one-time credit purchases. Buying a pack does not start a recurring subscription.
What is a credit used for?
A credit balance pays for a supported video task. The generator shows the selected scene’s cost before submission; longer unsupported scenes stay in preview.
What happens after a task fails?
The credits charged for that failed task return to the account. A cash refund follows the separate policy for entirely unused credit packs.
