These terms apply to ohfru.com, operated by SUNNUY YOGA COUTURE LTD, registered company number 16125223. Contact support@ohfru.com or +447394743258 for account and service questions.
Adults and permission
You must be an adult under the law where you live. Upload only your own photos or images of adults who have agreed to the intended video. Confirm this permission for every request; owning a file alone does not establish the subject’s consent.
What the video service does
Photos are used as character references for a selected video template. The template determines the scene, movements and existing soundtrack. The lyrics tool produces an editable text draft; that draft is not automatically performed in the video. AI results can vary and are not guaranteed to reproduce a face or action exactly.
Credits and checkout
The site offers one-time credit packs rather than a subscription. Prices are shown in USD and the selected template displays its credit cost before submission. Purchased credits do not expire. Availability, payment methods and any tax information are shown at checkout.
Failed tasks and refunds
A failed generation returns the credits charged for that task. A completely unused credit pack may be eligible for a whole-pack refund within seven days; see the Refund Policy. Do not submit a second payment merely because a confirmation is delayed.
Responsible sharing
Do not upload minors, public figures or people who have not consented. Do not create sexual, hateful, threatening, deceptive or harassing material. Review the result, retain the AI disclosure and respect the Acceptable Use Policy and others’ rights.
Accounts and support
Keep access to your account secure. We may restrict accounts or remove content that breaches these rules. For a concern, provide the relevant task or order reference to support@ohfru.com. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
