Information used by the service
Account details support sign-in and order history. Uploaded photos, selected templates and task records are used to create and deliver your requested AI video. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; card numbers are not stored in this application.
Photo and video processors
The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage, KIE for supported video generation, and configured safety providers for review. Relevant photos and source media are made available through time-limited task links. Provider terms and processing locations may differ; contact us for the current processor details.
Google sign-in
Where Google sign-in is enabled, identity information is used for authentication and free-clip eligibility. Google API data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. You may revoke access in your Google account.
Retention and your choices
Uploaded photos are scheduled for deletion after seven days and generated videos after thirty days. Account, transaction and audit records may be kept where necessary to operate the service or meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion from your account email.
