Choose a portrait the scene can actually use

By ohfru.com editorial · Updated November 4, 2026 · 简体中文

A better input begins with a recognizable subject, not a complicated setup. Use this checklist before choosing a larger credit pack or repeating a generation. It applies to the photo slots on ohfru; it is not a guarantee of a perfect likeness.

Make the face easy to read

Choose a recent, sharply focused photograph with balanced light across the face. Eyes, nose and mouth should be visible. A heavy beauty filter can remove useful detail, while a very dark image forces the model to guess what is missing.

Avoid sunglasses, masks, a hand over the lower face and a face cut off at the edge. A simple portrait is often easier to interpret than a dramatic image with motion blur. Matching the template costume is less important than preserving the subject’s recognizable features.

Crop for identity, not for a social thumbnail

Leave some space around the head and chin. Start from a file that has detail rather than enlarging a tiny screenshot. Cropping an image more tightly does not restore detail that was never captured.

The accepted upload types are JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 10 MB per file. Changing a filename extension does not convert a file. Export the image in an accepted format using your photo app if the original is incompatible.

Give a duo two separate files

For a two-person scene, prepare one portrait per labeled role. Before submission, compare the upload thumbnails with your casting note. Similar names or similar clothing can make an accidental swap harder to notice.

For a human-and-pet scene, follow the subject labels exactly. A pet should be clearly visible with its face unobstructed; do not assume every human-only performance supports animals. The pet scene previews show a different cast from the studio duo.

Choose a purposeful retry

If a result drifts when the head turns, try a clearer portrait with less obstruction. If the wrong person fills a role, correct the slot assignment. If a vertical crop loses the second person, fix the crop in your editor. These are three different problems; buying a larger pack does not solve them automatically.

Keep a note of what changed between attempts so you can judge the result. Do not submit another task while the first one is still pending simply because a preview has not appeared yet. Check your library for the original task status.

Confirm permission and review the output

Only upload adult human subjects who have agreed to this use. Remove private information accidentally visible in the background. Inputs and outputs have separate retention rules, described in the privacy policy.

Before sharing, watch the full clip and inspect faces during fast motion. Keep an AI disclosure with realistic likeness edits. If a template is unavailable, use the time to prepare photos and your brief; the checklist does not override the live create-button status.

Useful answers

Should I upload a group selfie for a duo?

Use separate files for the two labeled slots so each intended subject is unambiguous.

Will a sharper photo guarantee a perfect result?

No. A clear image reduces ambiguity, but AI identity and movement can still vary. Review the complete output.
